Town Meeting Agendas and Posting Places:

A detailed agenda for each meeting is posted a minimum of 24 hours before the meeting date.

Posting Places are:

  • Town Hall, 2354 County Hwy N
  • Pleasant Springs Sanitary District Building, 2083 Williams Dr.
  • East side of the Red Oak Court cul-de-sac

 

Dog License Application Information

  • Wisconsin State Statutes S174.05 & S95.21 provide that all dogs over 5 months of age shall be licensed and vaccinated.
  • Licenses must be renewed each year and are available at the Town office.
  • No dog license shall be issued until the applicant submits proof that the dog has been vaccinated.
  • Licenses expire December 31 each year and must be renewed no later than March 31 of the following year.
  • After March 31of each year, a late payment fee of $10.00 will be added to each license fee.
  • To obtain a license, bring or mail all of the following items to Town Hall:
    • Certificate of Rabies Vaccination. An invoice for services cannot be accepted.
    • Check make payable to the Town of Pleasant Springs, or exact cash. DO NOT MAIL CASH.
      • $10.00 Spayed Female
      • $10.00 Neutered Male
      • $15.00 Female
      • $15.00 Male
      • applicable late fee
    • Completed Dog license Application. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
    • Stamped self-addressed envelope with adequate postage. One 39-cent stamp is not enough postage for a return envelope for multiple dog licenses. Applications without return envelopes cannot be mailed. You will will called when the license(s) can be picked up.
  • Dog licenses will be issued on Thursdays of each week following January 1 of each year.
