OAK KNOLL PARK SHELTER USAGE and RESERVATION

Requests for park reservations
are accepted on a first come-first served basis from April 1 to October 31.
Area youth baseball groups have first priority for use of the shelter and
ball diamonds in compliance with annual contracts.

To reserve the shelter, please call the
Clerk at
873-3063 for availability. Interested parties must file the necessary
application and pay the applicable fees in person before a reservation will
be approved, confirmed and a permit issued. Application forms can be obtained at the Town Office, 2354
CTH N,
Stoughton. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to
noon/1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Thursday from noon to 6:00 p.m.

A rental fee is not required if the user is a
resident or group from within the Town of Pleasant Springs. A non-refundable
reservation fee of $25.00 is required for non-residents.

The person signing the application for the shelter use
permit is responsible for seeing that the Town's rules are followed.
This individual is also responsible for the cost of damage to the shelter,
and for cleaning the shelter after the event. If the user loses
the key(s), the full cost of re-keying the lock and
issuing duplicate keys to all shelter users will be charged to the
individual signing the application. All costs for damages or loss will
be collected from this individual.

Shelter keys are obtained from
the Clerk
and must be returned the first business day following the day of rental.

Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking
area only.
Loading and unloading of vehicles at the shelter is prohibited.

When renting the Oak Knoll Shelter, you are
reserving the Oak Knoll shelter only. The rest of the park facilities are shared with the
general public, including the restroom facilities and parking lot.
