Face Coverings/Masks Required in Town Hall

Effective on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 8:00 am, Public Health Madison & Dane County issued Emergency Order #8, which requires that everyone age 5 and older wear a face covering or mask when in any enclosed building where other people could be present. This requirement applies to all of Dane County. Given this new order, all individuals over the age of 5 who enter the Town Hall must wear a face covering or mask while in the building. If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition or disability, please contact our office at (608) 873-3063 to make other arrangements. We appreciate your cooperation to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.

The Town Office is currently re-opened for normal business hours. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the recommendations from Dane County Public Health, social distancing is being practiced. We recommend hand sanitizing and facial masks to be worn in order to protect the safety of the Town of Pleasant Springs residents and its employees.

Whenever possible, we will assist you via phone and / or email. We have a drop box located in the front vestibule area, where you may drop off forms and information during open business hours. We can also arrange for you to pick up necessary documents and licenses in the front vestibule area if you so choose to not enter the front office. Please note we are taking precautions to sanitize areas, and have sanitizer available for you if you need to enter the building. In addition, town meetings are currently being held virtually.

You may call ahead at (608)873-3063 or email us at clerktreasurer@pleasantsprings.org for assistance.
