The Town of Pleasant Springs has received complaints in regard to dog feces in the parks. Leaving dog feces in our parks is a violation of Municipal Code Chapter 160-2(Q) and 160-7 (ref. Chapter 55.1). Violations and penalties shall apply in accordance wth Chapter 1-1. Continuous violations shall be deemed a public nuisance which may be abated by civil action.

Please help us keep our parks clean!
