Dane County Parks has finished permits and engineering work for Phase 2 of the Lower Yahara River Trail with assistance from KL Engineering. This segment of trail will begin at a new parking lot/trailhead at the historic fish net houses located in Fish Camp County Park and extend south along the eastern shores of Lake Kegonsa through Lake Kegonsa State Park to Williams Drive. Construction on the project is anticipated to begin October 2023 and be completed by fall 2024. Future phases will connect this segment of trail to the City of Stoughton and Village of McFarland. - Dane County Parks

We are aware Spectrum is burying fiber optics and putting in utility pedestals in residential areas around the Town. The construction company restoration crew is required to come back to restore areas that they disrupted. Please be patient as they have many areas to restore weather permitting.
